In May I was very pleased to have participated in the show ‘Sculpture Surround”, at the Cherry Branch Gallery in Cherry Valley New York. I exhibited works from the Ghost Bird wire Sculptures and Abandoned Nests series. These pieces make an environmental commentary using found natural and man made materials.

At the end of June I showed a new painting, “Woodland Messenger”, for the first time translating my exploration of the environment “underground” into oil on canvas; based on previous works in Water color. The painting appeared in the show ‘Art and Soul” curated by NYSWA at the Prince Street Gallery in Chelsea NY.
